Emily Himebaugh


Emily Himebaugh, APRN, FNP 

Emily is a family nurse practitioner specializing in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Her interests are in the diagnosing, treatment, and care of patients with digestive problems and liver disease.

She received a Master of Science in Nursing at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah in 2009. Prior to studying at Brigham Young University, she worked as a registered nurse for 5 years. She especially liked caring for trauma and transplant patients, patients recovering from joint replacements, and patients in the neurological intensive care unit.

Emily received a Bachelor degree in nursing and in music at the University of Utah. Prior to her nursing career, she studied piano at the University of Utah and was a piano teacher. She loves to sing and plays the flute, ukulele, and piccolo. She loves to be outside and spend time with her husband raising their three beautiful daughters.

Emily is passionate about caring for others which is what led her into the nursing field. She is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology and is dedicated to continuing education. She is Board Certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
